Dan’s illustrious career began at the prestigious American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C., where he distinguished himself by graduating cum laude. His passion for justice and exemplary skills led him to become a vital force in Workers’ Compensation law, working for one of the East Coast’s largest personal injury and workers’ compensation firms before returning to Nevada to make his mark.
Before joining HMC, Dan was a partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP in Las Vegas and served as a vice-chair of their Workers’ Compensation Practice. His role as a deputy attorney for Nevada Attorneys for Injured Workers honed his advocacy for fair and just compensation, making him a beacon of hope for many.
